Accessibility
There are, of course, legal requirements for you to be accessible to disabled people. However, many businesses forget about all the other potential customers that may need a little bit of extra help during their visit, for example older people and multi generation family groups who may be prevented from walking too far or those who may simply find it hard to turn the washbasin taps on and off.
