Outline of workshop
These free half day workshops will look at how small changes can increase customer satisfaction by:
- Improving the quality of hotel keeping
- Improving key aspects of good service and hospitality
- Extending your food and drink offering
- Motivating your team
- Seeing your business through the eyes of your customer
The workshop will also look at the benefits of becoming graded in the national schemes run by the AA or VisitBritain and how to benefit from a £400 subsidy for the assessment.
