Crisis Management

London is a resilient city. In the last five years London’s tourism businesses have coped with security alerts, terrorism, health scares, war and the effects of foot and mouth, and on each occasion the city has bounced back. However our experience shows that those businesses with a simple contingency plan in place and an understanding of how to respond quickly when something happens can recover and even grow their business.
