Background

Tp bennett is a major architectural and design practice with a reputation for delivering successful projects. They are recognized for innovative work that meets their clients' aspirations. From their studios in Bankside, Central London's new cultural heart, the partnership (incorporating the specialist divisions tp bennett architects, bennett interior design (BiD), bennett urban planning, bennett sef, bennett consulting and bennett sustainable architecture), provides a comprehensive range of services both within its individual elements and as a collective whole. The sustainable architecture division is indicative of the Company’s forward thinking and its commitment to not only its own environmental performance but also to how it can influence the decisions of its clients.            

                             

Project

Statius were selected from a number of consultants to review  tp bennett’s existing EMS and QMS and propose a workable plan to assist the practice achieve formal registration to the ISO14001:2004 standard. Statius were chosen because of their previous work with architects and their track record of implementing successfully accredited EMS in a range of professional construction-based organisations. Following a comprehensive review of existing documentation and discussions with key tp bennett staff, Statius developed a comprehensive proposal involving an integrated environmental system to complement the existing office management system already in place. Tp bennett were so satisfied with the work carried out that they have appointed Statius Management Services for the implementation phase of the project.
