Although some external help and advice may be of use to your business the main components of a resource management programme are achievable by most organisations with planning and commitment. A programme will demand time and financial investment (in planning, training, implementation and technology) but the rewards, both financial and personal, should more than justify these inputs. For this reason it is essential that right from the start when implementing a management programme, top level and company wide commitment is gained.
